Tripel Epiphany

Belgian Tripel

We asked our good friends at Epiphany Craft Malt to brew a Tripel with us using some unique malts to put an interesting twist on the style. Using Pilsner, Triticale (wheat/rye hybrid), and Spelt, we crafted a floral, spicy ale with the depth and complexity of clove, orange rind, banana and honey all set off by a rich, silky palate.
